How long does it take to get my service started?
It may be possible to put you on our schedule even the day after you contact us. For regular service it also depends on what day you consider suitable for yourself. It's best if you call at least a week before you need a person in your home.

Do I have to be home?
You don't necessarily have to be home. As long as your cleaner has access to the house the service will be completed. Either be home when she arrives and you can leave to run your errands or provide a key for entry. It is common that someone would stay home with the maid for the first couple of times, though it's not required.

How do I pay for the service?
The most convenient way is to leave cash or check on the counter. You may also pay by a credit card before your appointment. We will place a hold on your card 24 hours before your cleaning. If the transaction is declined we will notify you, so you can chose a different form of payment. Otherwise the credit card charge will be captured after your cleaning.
There is a $20 service charge for returned checks.

Do I have to provide anything for the cleaner?
We provide everything with our cleaning service from cleaning materials to equipment. However if you'd rather have your cleaner use a specific product you may have to provide it yourself.

What if I have to reschedule an appointment?
We would try our best to accommodate your needs. Please call us as soon as you find out that your regular appointment will not work for you. The sooner you call, the better chances you have to reschedule for an alternative date and time of your choice.

Would I get the same person every time?
With our weekly or biweekly service you would have a specific person assigned to you. Unless you reschedule your appointment and the new date does not fit her schedule. Also, if your maid is on vacation, sick leave or decided to leave our company, you would have a replacement person. In that case we will try to contact you in advance to get your approval on it.

Do I get a discount for referring someone to you?
Absolutely, we reward every customer for referrals. You get a $30 credit for sending a new client after he has spent $500 on services with us.

Do I need to sign a contract?
There is no contract to sign with us. You can cancel your service at any time. Please see our cancellation policy in our order form.
